GapLee is licensed annually and priced per enrolled student. It's all-inclusive: the feedback engine, the analytics dashboards, and support. Every student is covered for the year, with a generous feedback allowance built in, so there's nothing to meter and no surprise bills. Pick the AI tier that fits your priorities.

Sense of scale: a 500-student school on the Standard tier runs about $12,500 a year. Set against the $12,000+ in tuition lost to a single dropout, retaining even one student covers the cost several times over. Volume discounts apply for larger enrolments, and there's a minimum annual engagement of about $1,500 so the smallest schools still have a clear floor.

The Integration Assessment is the one-time setup step. We run a real feasibility audit of your system, deliver a Green / Yellow / Red report, and hand you a fixed build quote, scoped to your institution. It starts from $750 and is credited toward your build if you proceed, so you only ever pay for it if you decide not to go ahead.
The Build is fixed-price from that assessment. Then you go live on your annual per-student license.

Why per student instead of per use?
Because it's predictable. Metered usage means a bill that swings with how many assessments you run, which is a forecasting headache for any institution. A flat per-student license is one clean annual number you can budget against, with the usage allowance generous enough that you never think about it.
What if our enrolment grows next year?
The license tracks enrolment, so it adjusts at renewal. There's no penalty and no renegotiation mid-year. As you grow into the larger bands, volume discounts bring the per-student rate down.
Is the Integration Assessment really free for founding partners?
Yes. While we onboard our first partner institutions, the assessment is waived and pilots run at 50%. For everyone after that, it starts from $750 and is credited toward the build if you proceed, so it's effectively free the moment you move forward.
Can pricing fit our budget-release cycle?
Yes. Licensing is billed annually, and for custom builds with public budget cycles we can structure milestone-based payments. The scope and schedule are agreed in writing before any work begins.
